COVID-19 UPDATE (08-04-21)

Firstly we would like to thank you for your loyalty, patience and understanding during these very difficult times.

We are delighted to announce that our physical sales showroom will re-open on Monday 12th April, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. 

Our Service and Parts Department will remain open Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm, with all the relevant safety procedures in place. 

The safety of our staff and customers remains our number one priority and we have a series of safety measures in place to reduce the risk of infection for our customers and colleagues. If you are feeling unwell we would ask that you do not visit the dealership. Our staff are asked to avoid close contact and to wash their hands with soap and water thoroughly and regularly. Similarly, our technicians wipe the customers’ cars before and after working on them. Please be advised refreshments will not be available in the showroom. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please adhere to the 2 metre social distancing guidelines at all times.

HAND SANITISER & ENHANCED CLEANING: We sterilise all customer touch points, courtesy cars and waiting areas on a regular basis and in between uses. We would ask that you sanitise your hands at our hand sanitising stations on arrival.

FACE MASKS: Following Government guidance we would kindly ask all customers to wear a face mask when entering our premises and our staff will also be wearing face masks. This is for the protection of other customers and also our employees.

PROTECTIVE SCREENS: We have clear protective screens on our customer facing desks.

WAITING AREAS: Visits to the showroom are by appointment only so we can limit the amount of people in the showroom at any one time. If you are using our service waiting area please ensure you stay 2 metres apart from any other customers and please ensure you wear a face mask at all times.

TEST DRIVES: Unaccompanied test drives can now be arranged. Please remember to brung your driving licence and passport to the dealership.

REQUEST A PERSONALISED VIDEO: To minimise contact further we can provide video presentations of new and used vehicles in stock so you can view from the comfort of your home. This can be arranged at any time to suit you. Our team of Suzuki experts are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS: We can still offer a variety of options for virtual appointments, including:-

•A phone call or video call via Zoom, WhatsApp or Facetime to discuss your needs, model interest and budget

•Video walkarounds of new or used cars of interest

•A discussion on finance options

•Sales teams available for follow up questions on the phone or email

Once you have decided on the car you wish to buy, the process of paying and taking delivery of it can be carried out with customer safety as our number one priority.

CONTACT FREE ELECTRONIC PAPERWORK: We can now offer contactless purchasing with electronic paperwork for safe, contact free transactions. Any documents that have to be signed for will be sent digitally. Any financial transactions must be made by phone, using contactless payments or bank transfers.,

Once you’ve purchased your new Suzuki, we have a number of processes in place to ensure that it is delivered to you safely.

CLICK AND COLLECT: From the comfort of your own home, simply choose your new car, configure your finance quote and then apply for finance selecting Click and Collect in the checkout delivery option. Alternatively you can pay in full or reserve your vehicle and discuss your collection option with one of our team who will be in touch after you have placed your order.
