Suzuki GB PLC has celebrated yet another accolade for its excellence in customer service in an unprecedented year for the brand.
Suzuki won the 'Customers at the Heart of Everything™ Award for Small of Medium Business to Consumer Company' at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023 (UK CXA).
Denis Houston is the Aftersales Director at Suzuki GB PLC. He said: “We are immensely proud of our achievement in winning this award that again reflects the ever-strong commitment to our customers across all divisions of our company.

The judging panel concluded that Suzuki provides a great example of sales and dealership engagement with its customers. They also commented that Suzuki has created a genuine culture where the customers matter, and that the brand continues to punch above its weight in the UK market.
2023 has been a big year for Suzuki, having been recognised multiple times by the motoring and business industries for its reliability and trust.
