I felt that this was a really good visit. Parking was really convenient and as I
entered I was greeted straight away. All members of staff were fantastic and I
was given all the right information that I needed. Very positive & clear,
with a keen need to secure my business. I would happily comeback as a genuine
dealership was outstanding. All staff were exceptionally attentive and
friendly. The salesperson,John Croft was extra special. Also the finance
manager Lee Hallam was very patient and informative. I have previously
been a Honda customer for over 20 years and as Honda had nothing of
interest for my custom and had unfortunately on my last attempt to
purchase, given very poor service, Suzuki have definitely lived up to my
previous experience, including the sales experience and product. Thank

"a pleasure to deal with John and the Team there! they have the old fashion approach , no high stress sales, depending on which car you are looking at, they have the confidense that the car will sell itself ( i was looking at a Baleno with the amazing 1 litre boosterjet engine ) but are also flexible in doing a 'deal' t ensure the customer is happy. i would not hesitate in using them again ... they are polite and helpful without being over the top ! obviously its a matter of personal preference but the suzuki swifts, balenos, vitaras, s cross and the old sx4 are all excellent cars built well and good value for money so if your not a badge snob get on down there!"
